Alliance BioEnergy +, Inc. (OTCQB: ALLM), is a publicly traded company focusing on “Green” energy and renewable technologies. Alliance BioEnergy+ operates two wholly owned subsidiaries AMG Renewables and a newly formed research facility.
AMG Renewables, LLC was formed to be the technology arm of the Company. AMG Renewables focuses on emerging technologies in the renewable energy, bio-fuels and new technologies sectors. In December of 2013, AMG Renewables acquired the controlling interest in AMG Energy Group, a private holding company that owns a fifty percent interest in Carbolosic, LLC. Carbolosic holds the exclusive, worldwide license to the patented mechanical/chemical technology, Cellulose to Sugar “CTS” developed and held by the University of Central Florida. The CTS technology is able to produce Cellulose Sugars, Various Fine Chemicals, Plastics, Carbon Fibers and other valuable products.
Under the direction of CTS inventor Dr. Richard Blair and his scientific team that includes Dr. Peter Cohen, AMG Renewables is exploring a variety of technologies while working towards various pathways for the use of its licensed intellectual properties. AMG Renewables also holds the exclusive license to the CTS patent for North America (including Canada, US and Mexico) and Africa. AMG Renewables intends to build five (5) CTS plants under a funding agreement entered into with the United States Regional Economic Development Authority (“USREDA”), in the South Florida area.
The CTSprocess is U.S. Patent # 8,062,428 owned by the University of Central Florida. Carbolosic, LLC is owned 50/50 by AMG Energy Group and Thor Renewable Energy Singapore. Carbolosic holds the exclusive global license rights to the CTS process. Carbolosic has sub-licensed the exclusive rights for North America and Africa to AMG Renewables and South East Asia to Thor Renewable Energy Singapore. The rest of the world is a joint venture between AMG Renewables and Thor Renewable Energy Singapore. Carbolosic is an intellectual property (“IP”) holding company that will collect sub- licensing fees and royalties from sub-licensors, joint venture partnerships, public/private partnerships and Company owned plants.
